on friday it was Diwali we got to see the Diwali dance off it was great

after that Prashil  came with sweet they were yummy

On Wednesday 11 November it was Diwali. We went to the hall because it was Diwali dance. We all sat down and watched. When everyone was finished we went back to our class rooms. Our teacher took a photo of everyone. This is a photo of me and Jasjot. From Parjap

My lucky day.

On Wednesday I't was Tradishtional  Indian clothes day.In my class MsPurvis was wearing an colourful Indian sari. It was all orange I thought It was nice.We went to the hall.There were heaps of chating.When it started everyone was quiet. It was magic.Some people's were Indian Sari.I just only were my uniforms.When It was over I really wanted to be a judge.I liked the room 1 girls and happy diwali.It was my favourite day.From Aleluia.

Fantastic Diwali day

Yesterday was Diwali day . There were lots of Indian dresses . They were beautiful !!! Also there was a Diwali dance off . I was nervous ! My group was the last dance , I was shocked .  At the end of the dance we had a long core . We were the ones to show our dance again . At the end all the dancers , some of the teacher and two parents got to go on stage and dance on room one's dancers song .

Fun Diwali Day

On 11 November it was Diwali. I went to school wearing my indian salwar kameze. Today was the diwali dance off the people practise their dance item me and my friends Aahana, Karen, Sarayu, Auyshi,Harsroop and Jaslyn was doing a dance called happy diwali . It was the day that we had to perform our dance i was so nervous but i calm down when we got on stage we danced, poeple cheered and liked our dance and a teacher chose a  dance group to perform again and the teacher chose us to perform again it was a fun day. Diwali Day

On Wednesday 11th November it was Diwali.There was a show and people were dancing,I was dancing with my group.In my group there was: Sarayu, karen, Harsroop,Ayushi,my best friend Shenal and me (Aahana).We got to dance two times and also got to dance with some parents and teachers.Ayushi and Sarayu wore a indian T-shirt and pants,Shenal and karen wore a kameese and I wore a Lenga and it was long that could touch my ankle.It was the best day ever.

Diwali dance of day!

On Wednesday the 11th November 2015 it was Diwali. At our school we now celebrate Diwali by putting on a indian dress. My friend Aahana was in a very long dress that goes up to your feet, we call it a Langa.  We prepeared  a dance and in that dance was:Aahana, Sarayu, Shenal, Jaslyn,Harsroop, and me [Karen] the leader.We got to do our dance two times. Harsroop got a little crazy when we knew OUR FACES ARE GOING TO BE ON THE SCHOOL NEWSLETTER!!!. At the end all the dancers that partesietid got to dance with eachother but not only us but my mum and another mum and all the teachers that wanted to dance but not the indian ones. book Character Day

It was book character Day . We had to dress up as a book character and its a compition , I was going to be super girl. It was going to excited and fun once I got to school me and my friends and I went to the assembly Mrs Fidler and Mrs Gwiliam choose the one Boy and one girl for a winner of the book Character.  By:Shenal

Mafte day

AT mafte day people dressed up people had fun. but I dedint dress up by Neha.

This is  the place we have lunch in the museum we have seen some  Maori  weapons and some maori things and world war guns . Also we  saw sikhs 10th gods sword  and we've saw some indian  music instremints.

last week we made kites with fare pahre. it was fun. on the kites we made clouds rain and more.I made a rainbow. it took a long time to make it. even we got to fly our kites. it was really fun to fly it. we all was really exited fly it. and we got to take..... it home we all loved our kite so so so much.

Book character week

Last week was book character day we had to dress up as our Favourite book character. My best friend karen was dressed as Cinderella. We had a fun time. There was a costume contest no one won in our class or in year3. At break time we played costume with all my friends.          By sarayu

Ancient Egypt Transport

First of all we had to do a puzzle than glue it. After that we had to find information on transport.
Now we had to start our poster on transport,first we had to write the facts down,next we glued
our pictures on the poster. After that we colored our poster and Ms Pervis told us to show Miss Macdonald but instead we showed it to Mrs Fidler and she said it was like Year 6 work!!!!! By Azurra.

Ancient Egypt

Pyramids are made out of big blocks of Limestone. They have gold on the top. Inside there is heaps of gold and treasure and booby traps. from Olivia.

Mufti day

Last term it was mufti I wore a dress with flowers on it and I wore tights.

Last week was book character week so we had to dress up as a book character . I was wearing a Cinderella dress . My dress was  a blue dress and I was wearing black shoes my hair was all tied up and my friend was wearing the exact same dress she was wearing a Cinderella dress to . We had a parade about who was wearing the best  costume our school Principal was the boss.

ANZAC Day things

Last week my teacher showed us a bag . We called it the Mystery Bag, we called it the Mystery Bag because we did not know what was in their.  There was lots of cool things of  Anzac Day in the Mystery Bag . When my teacher opened the bag i was so feeling like i am going to burst! I was showing everyone that i was calm yes i was making that kind of face that i am super calm. In the bag was a pair of sport shoes , a pair of socks ,  two box full of Anzac cookies , a woolen blanket , a kit of shaving things, a sewing kit, a bag of a spoon ,fork, plate , mug and tin can .IT WAS MY LUCKY DAY .   I was shocked to see real things that they had back then and i got to hold the shaving kit and woolen blanket!!!!!!!!!!!!!. REALLY GOOD TIMES YES IN DEED YAY .!!!!!!!!!!!
