Our Christmas Songs

We are learning two songs for our Xmas show.  They are Love on lay away and Santa Claus is coming to town.  Here are the lyrics to it!!  Our show is on the 12th of December 2012.

Celebrations

We have been learning about different celebrations.  Some of these celebrations are Diwali, Chinese New year, White Sunday and Christmas.  Have a read of a Diwali poem.  We were very lucky to have Vanessa and Prabhleen performing an Indian dance for us.

PCS Whanau Day

 In Week one, on Friday the 19th of October, we had whanau day.  We all shared the He Honore song and some waitas with our whanau.  Harshal, Vanessa and Kim shared a play and we read stories too.  Have a look at some of the photos we took:

Term 4

Welcome to Term 4.  This term is going to be really busy as there will be lots of testing for the end of the year report.

This term in our topic study, we are going to learn about different festivals and celebrations and how different cultures celebrate their festivals.

The value for this term is RESPONSIBILITY!!!
